Our vision

We would like to see accessible sharing of knowledge and experience, without gatekeeping such as excessive price points and unrealistic resource costs being limitations to growth.

Small businesses should not have to compromise their missions or growth due to specialised skills being packaged for larger entities or being financially inaccessible.

We aim to make skills accessible and affordable and will take the time and care to get to know our clients and pass on knowledge they find helpful from the moment they reach out to us.

Based in on the border of North Yorkshire & Teesside, we are surrounded by beautiful countryside and wonderfully friendly people. We value the beauty and grace of the special patch of earth we are blessed to live in & wish to use Bedrock Consulting to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our local area and beyond.

We are an entrepreneurially minded bunch, who have seen a need for operational & functional support of entrepreneurs, sole traders & small businesses who do not always have the time, resources or access to the knowledge and expertise we have gathered throughout our careers without incurring excessive costs.
We would like to leverage our more than 30 years of experience across varied cross-functional business, operations, systems, and technical areas to support our clients in accessing otherwise complex, inaccessible and lets be honest, sometimes, very over priced services.

We are meticulous in our work and pride ourselves on our professionalism and good reputation, encouraging continuous improvement and supporting our clients to drive team, system and process efficiency.

The plan

To support you to be able to free up the much needed space you need to focus on your core business activities rather than being bogged down with the administrative burden of day to day operations. We aim to relieve your administrative pain points and overflow, and should you wish to use more technology, we will support you on your digital journey too.

Understanding the challenges you have in finding balance in your work and life at times, we hope to provide support which will free you up to spend more hours with family and friends knowing that your business as usual activities are taken care of, and that you can enjoy your time without fear of overflowing inboxes or unhappy customers.

We can also provide "cover" to relieve a bit of pressure through a project or we can manage the project for you. If a member of your team is suddenly unavailable, or if you are experiencing a business as usual spike, seasonal demand increase or any other welcome "rush" for your services, we will step up and help you take advantage of the opportunity by supporting the influx or ensuring your business as usual continues smoothly leaving you free to deal with the rush.

We will provide bespoke packages of work on an ongoing monthly or weekly schedule or we can provide adhoc one off packages as and when need arises.
Whatever you need to support you achieving your business and personal goals.

Our pricing will be structured around the complexity of the tasks and the time which will be needed to deliver, but will always meet you where you are!
Unlike many Consultants, we will not recommend a solution with any bells or whistles you don't need and we will not complicate simple processes unless you want to see the benefit of more complexity.
We will support you through any change with guidance, advice and detailed training.
